Can You Spot It?

Effective date: August 25, 2026

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Ismaeel Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Can You Spot It? mobile game for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the game, why it is used, and the choices available to you. By using Can You Spot It?, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information processed by the game

Gameplay and progression data

Can You Spot It? stores information needed to operate the game, including:

  • Completed, unlocked, and skipped levels
  • Stars and best completion times
  • Token balance and token transaction records
  • Tutorial completion status
  • Daily Challenge completion and reward status
  • Game settings such as sound and haptics
  • Purchase-delivery identifiers used to prevent duplicate rewards

Some information is stored locally on your device. If iCloud is available, eligible progression and economy information may also be synchronized through Apple CloudKit so your progress can be recovered or merged across your Apple devices.

We do not require you to create a separate Ismaeel Apps account.

Firebase Analytics and gameplay analytics

The game uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how game features and levels perform, identify levels that may be unusually difficult or unfair, diagnose usability issues, and improve the game.

Firebase Analytics may automatically process technical and usage information such as:

  • A pseudonymous app-instance identifier
  • App version and Firebase SDK version
  • Device model, operating-system version, and language
  • Session and app-interaction information
  • Approximate or coarse location inferred from IP address

We also send limited gameplay events and measurements to Firebase Analytics, including:

  • Level and world identifiers
  • Standard-level or Daily Challenge game mode
  • Level starts, completions, restarts, exits, skips, and forfeits
  • Completion time, active gameplay time, and time penalties
  • Number of mistakes and differences found
  • Whether a hint was used and how the hint was obtained
  • Declared level difficulty and number of differences
  • A randomly generated identifier for each gameplay attempt

Our custom Firebase Analytics events do not include your name, email address, Game Center display name, Game Center player identifier, precise GPS location, or the precise coordinates of your taps. We do not use these custom gameplay events to create a separate Ismaeel Apps player account.

Firebase Analytics information may be combined into aggregated reports that help us compare completion rates, mistake counts, hint use, skip use, and other gameplay patterns across levels. Google processes Firebase Analytics information according to its applicable terms and privacy policies.

Game Center

The game uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards, rankings, player identification, and score synchronization.

When you use Game Center, the game may access or submit:

  • Your Game Center display name
  • Your Game Center player identifier
  • Your leaderboard scores
  • Total stars
  • Best completion times
  • Daily Challenge completion times
  • Ranking and percentile information

Your Game Center nickname, avatar, scores, and other activity may be visible to other Game Center users according to your Apple Game Center privacy settings.

Apple manages Game Center accounts and related information. Learn more through Apple’s Game Center Privacy Notice .

In-app purchases and offer codes

Token packs and Apple Offer Codes are processed through Apple StoreKit and the App Store.

Apple processes payment credentials and billing information. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

The game receives limited transaction information needed to verify and deliver a purchase, such as:

  • Purchased product identifier
  • Verified Apple transaction identifier
  • Transaction status
  • Token quantity associated with the purchased product

Verified transaction identifiers may be retained to prevent the same purchase from being credited more than once.

Purchases that are cancelled, unsuccessful, pending, or unverified do not provide tokens.

Rewarded advertising, consent, and tracking

The game uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded advertisements. Watching a successfully completed rewarded advertisement grants the reward described inside the game.

Google’s advertising services may process information such as:

  • IP address
  • Approximate or coarse location inferred from IP address
  • Device or advertising identifiers, when permitted
  • Advertisements shown and interactions with advertisements
  • App and product interactions
  • Device and operating-system information
  • Crash logs
  • Performance and diagnostic information

The game does not request precise GPS location for advertising. Approximate location used by advertising services may instead be inferred from technical information such as an IP address.

Advertising and device information may be used for third-party advertising, advertising measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and improving advertising services. Depending on the user’s consent choices and Apple platform permissions, certain device, advertising, and product-interaction information may be linked to a device or user and may be used for tracking as defined by Apple.

Where required, the game uses Google User Messaging Platform (“UMP”) to present privacy and advertising-consent choices. If the game requests permission for tracking that requires Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) framework, iOS presents Apple’s system permission prompt before access to the advertising identifier or other tracking that requires ATT authorization.

You may decline Apple’s tracking permission. Declining tracking permission does not prevent you from using the core game. When tracking permission is denied or unavailable, advertising requests may be served without the advertising identifier and may be non-personalized, limited, or otherwise affected by your region, consent choices, device settings, ad availability, and Google’s policies.

The game does not award tokens merely because an advertisement screen opens or closes. Tokens are awarded only after the advertising provider sends a successful earned-reward callback.

4. Data storage and synchronization

Local game data is stored on your device using Apple-provided storage technologies.

Cloud-synchronized game data is stored through Apple CloudKit in connection with your iCloud account. CloudKit availability depends on your device, iCloud account, internet connection, and Apple services.

Game Center information and App Store transactions are managed by Apple.

Advertising information is processed by Google and its service providers according to Google’s policies.

Firebase Analytics information is transmitted to and processed by Google and its service providers. Firebase Analytics reporting may use pseudonymous identifiers and aggregated reporting rather than a separate Ismaeel Apps account.

5. Data retention

Local game information may remain on your device until you delete the app, erase its data, or use an available reset feature.

CloudKit information may remain associated with your iCloud account according to Apple’s storage and retention practices.

Transaction-delivery identifiers may be retained as long as reasonably necessary to prevent duplicate purchase or reward credits.

Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Third-party providers determine their own retention periods under their respective privacy policies.

Firebase Analytics information is retained according to the data retention settings configured for the linked Google Analytics property and Google’s applicable retention practices. Aggregated reports may remain after individual event-level information is no longer available.

6. Your choices

Depending on your device, region, and applicable law, you may be able to:

  • Change Game Center privacy settings through Apple Settings
  • Sign out of Game Center
  • Change advertising and consent preferences when those controls are offered in the game
  • Review or change tracking permission in iOS or iPadOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
  • Limit personalized advertising through applicable Apple device and account settings
  • Contact us with questions or requests concerning gameplay analytics controlled by Ismaeel Apps
  • Disable iCloud access for the game
  • Delete local game data by removing the app
  • Contact us regarding a privacy, access, correction, or deletion request

Declining or disabling tracking permission does not prevent access to the core game. Advertising availability or personalization may change depending on your privacy choices and applicable rules.

Disabling iCloud or Game Center may prevent synchronization, leaderboards, rankings, or other connected features from working correctly.

7. Children’s privacy

Can You Spot It? is a general-audience puzzle game.

We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information directly to Ismaeel Apps. Apple, Google, and other platform providers may apply age-appropriate protections based on account settings, region, and applicable law.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us at ismaeelapps@outlook.com so we can review the request.
